 When will my order arrive?

Orders placed on flawsstudios.com are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding major holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.
  • Please note requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is a request.
  • During Peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible. 

Can I cancel my order 

Cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

Returns

Item(s) purchased from flawsstudios.com must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our facility, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable).  Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.

Exchanges 

We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from https://www.flawsstudios.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed. A request to cancel the original order will need to be made by reaching out to flawsstudios@gmail.com
